Luxury Gift Box With Your Personal Message - £3.75
Your gift items will be hand wrapped in your choice of tissue (choose from pink, blue or green), sealed with a Sprogbox label and placed into a sturdy white gift box. Your personal message card will also be included. The gift box will then be packaged in an outer box, to ensure that the gifts – and gift box – arrive with the recipient in perfect condition.

Please note that the invoice for your order will be emailed to you when the order is despatched. As we are sending out gifts, no order copy or receipt is included in the gift box.

Mail Order Packaging (no message) - free
Items are simply packed in a bubble padded envelope. Breakable items are bubble wrapped for additional protection. This option is ideal if you would like to wrap the items yourself, or if you are shopping for yourself.

It is our aim to ensure that all orders are sent out within one working day of your order being placed. We offer a choice of delivery options:

Standard First Class Royal Mail UK (no tracking) - £3.95
UK orders sent out by First Class Royal Mail usually take 1-3 working days to arrive, but please note that this is not a guaranteed service.

Next Working Day Signed For Delivery Mainland UK Only (orders placed by 2.30 pm) - £7.95
Weekday Next Day orders placed before 2.30 pm will be delivered the next working day. Next Day orders placed after 2.30 pm or at weekends or public holidays, will be despatched the next working day, for delivery the following day. You will receive a tracking reference so you can track your delivery on-line. UK mainland only.

International & Overseas Signed For Service - £15.00
Orders to Ireland, Europe and overseas will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For service, which requires a signature on delivery. Depending on destination, this takes between 3-6 working days. If an exceptionally heavy box is ordered or for boxes being sent to destinations outside the EU, there may be a supplement to pay, in which case Sprogbox will contact you before proceeding with the order.

Please choose to have your Sprogbox delivered to the new mum and baby at home; to the dad's workplace, or directly to you, so you can deliver it in person. Please note that someone needs to be at the delivery address to accept the parcel. We would strongly recommend that you do not send your Sprogbox to a hospital address, as packages often remain in their post rooms for several days before being distributed, by which time the new mum has probably gone home or been moved to another ward!
